Empowering Through Knowledge & Adventure
I'm Jeremy Henricks — web designer, knowledge strategist, and outdoor enthusiast based in Oregon. My journey blends three decades of enterprise technology experience with a passion for helping businesses of all sizes succeed.
A path of resilience, reinvention, and connection
In 1995, I started my career at Symantec on the phones in tech support. Over two decades, I moved through KB teams, web development, project management, knowledge engineering, and eventually became a KCS Program Manager. When Broadcom acquired Symantec in 2019, I continued leading initiatives that transformed support delivery.
I've guided over 1,500 KCS Publishers and Knowledge Domain Experts, plus 300+ KCS Coaches, to build knowledge bases, self-service tools, and chatbot solutions that cut through complexity and drive results.
But my path hasn't been a straight line. Along the way, I took a leap into the outdoor world, helping launch OutdoorHub.com for Carbon Media Group and Archery360.com for the Archery Trade Association. These weren't detours — they were proof that my knack for building systems and connecting people translates anywhere, from digital platforms to the wild.
Life is about embracing the moment in front of us. That clarity inspired Henricks Outdoors, a brand celebrating nature and a vibrant, healthy life. It also sharpened my mission at Henricks Media: to bring clarity, efficiency, and inspiration to everything I touch.
